Securities Account for Businesses
Custody and administration of your financial instruments, with no custody fees.
This is a securities account for businesses that offers securities custody and administration for financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, government securities, ETFs, and mutual fund shares. The securities account is intended for businesses that already hold a current account with Banca Sistema.
Specifically, the Bank:

executes trades in financial instruments

collects coupons, dividends, and interest

handles the placement of new equity and bond issues

records these instruments in the accounting system
Through the online trading service, customers can trade independently:

Stocks listed on Borsa Italiana’s MTA market

ETFs and ETCs listed on the ETF-Plus market

Corporate bonds and government securities listed on regulated MOT or MTF markets or through market-making counterparties
Through the professionals in the Banking Division, you can:

Trade bonds and securities—including those denominated in foreign currencies—available on the markets of major foreign stock exchanges
