Privacy App "Mobile Banking"
This section describes the methods and purposes of processing data collected through the "Mobile Banking" application (the "App") by Banca Sistema S.p.A., Largo Augusto 1/A, corner of Via Verziere 13, Milan, acting as Data Controller.
PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Data acquired through the App are processed to manage services requested by customers and distributed by the Bank through the App as part of its ordinary activities, to manage relationships with customers who have already consented to the processing of their personal data when signing their contract with the Bank, and to comply with legal and supervisory obligations.
Providing personal data for these purposes is mandatory and does not require the data subject's consent. Refusal to provide the data prevents the Bank from establishing and providing these services. Systems used to operate the App, such as Apple Store and Google Play, may independently acquire data relating to the user as part of their ordinary operation. The Bank is not involved in, and cannot be held responsible for, that processing.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING METHODS
The Data Controller processes customers' personal data for the purposes for which they were collected, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Processing is carried out using IT and electronic tools, with organisational methods and logic designed to guarantee data security and confidentiality.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
For some of its activities, the Bank uses CSE Consulting, which acts as a data processor.
