Today, we are a leading financial institution in specific market niches. Our core business is factoring, where we have achieved significant growth by expanding financing to businesses through the purchase of trade and tax receivables, generating substantial volumes and profitability.
As part of our growth and diversification strategy, we expanded our offering by introducing online retail current accounts and deposit accounts, both in Italy and abroad, to make our services even more accessible and responsive to our customers' needs.
Since 2014, with the launch of salary- and pension-backed loans, Banca Sistema has progressively strengthened its presence in personal lending secured by salary or pension deductions.
This business line is now integrated into the Retail Financing Division, which has expanded its offering—from personal loans to mortgages and leasing—through new commercial agreements with leading credit providers and the support of a qualified network of agents and brokers.
In 2016, we launched the pawn credit business, establishing Kruso Kapital S.p.A., listed since January 2024. Kruso Kapital operates in pawn credit and in the auction-house sector through Art-Rite S.r.l., which handles works of art, valuables and collectibles.
Since 6 March 2026, Banca Sistema S.p.A. has been part of the Banca CF+ Group, registered in the Register of Banking Groups and subject to the management and coordination of Banca CF+ S.p.A.
