Banca Sistema S.p.A., founded in 2011 and listed since 2015 on the Euronext Star Milano segment of Borsa Italiana, is a bank specializing in the purchase of trade receivables owed by the public sector to help support businesses’ liquidity.

The Factoring Division positions Banca Sistema among the leading financial institutions in the management of tax and commercial receivables across various sectors, including the soccer and entertainment industries in Italy and abroad, as well as the healthcare and public administration sectors in Spain and Portugal.

Over time, the Bank has expanded its offerings to include banking services and deposit products—such as current accounts, securities accounts, and online deposit accounts for corporate and retail clients—as well as servicing activities in securitization, credit management and collection, surety bonds and guarantees, and certification services for receivables owed by the public administration.

The Retail Financing Division is active in salary- and pension‑backed loans through the QuintoPuoi product and, thanks to partnerships with leading credit providers, offers solutions such as personal loans and leases.

As of March 6, 2026, Banca Sistema S.p.A. is a company belonging to the Banca CF+ Group, registered in the Register of Banking Groups and subject to the management and coordination of Banca CF+ S.p.A.
